Let me see if we can offer a “cold tier” for a reasonable price on Nostr.build (need to do some math and see if we can afford it with economies of scale)

The level of tone deafness in this post is despicable 🤬
(I really hope nobody committed suicide over this)

100% it is. I think part of the reason they only released 5% of the stock flow for trading, is because they knew retail would pump it up.
Makes me wonder how many big players made money from shorting? Early SpaceX investors who couldn't sell, probably edged their capital by shorting too.

The problem I have with all of these is YouTube keeps changing stuff so they break
Yes, same situation here lol
I hope that judge trips and falls in front of his family and feel stupid after saying something like that.
Luke mentioned this. is it possible to do as he says?

Decentralized air is the way after all
There's plenty out there lol. Flock cameras are the latest. Kinda not worth your time to argue with that level of dumb
They just need to rake their forests more.
Just saying that pointing out there are already some socialist things doesn't convince me we should go full on, which seemed to be his argument. I'm no expert on the definitions, but I think we have some hybrid of things, with a heavy dose of whatever the term is for corporations running things
They've tried spend and replace bitcoin? Not sure if follow....
Pls take all my guns so I don't mass shoot anyone.
I could at least make a simple Chrome extension and a demo app to get started.
This is a nuanced take that I agree with. Bitcoin is and shoild remain contentious in order to continue hardening it. Blatant scams like you are describing should be defended against amd called out. Not disagreeing there. Im more referring to the technical debates we as a community have been having, which have devolved into name calling like pedo, coretard, and knotzi. Immune systems are good when they fight infections. They become allergies or cancer when they start to fight themselves.
Welcome to wss://pyramid.fiatjaf.com, @npub18mf…nyu5. Did the invite flow work reasonably well?
Looks like a good idea to me.
The problem is getting the rest of the world to notice it and add support.
Im going to ask again: why does every nostr app feel the need to overwrite my relay list the first time I open it?
I'm looking at you vector
frog kisses pedo's ANUS everyday
votes DECIDE nothing - $$$ AIPAC talks n decides
ohh, now i see your point. yeah, that's ironic.
that's why in most houses there are dogs, chainsaws, trapdoors, alligators in moats...
...,chutes that lead to dungeons,
what's spelled wrong? and more importantly who cares about typos? wdyt about the idea? 😂
oh, yeah that's a failure of punishing criminals.... imo... scary. seems quiet on that front lately tho thankfully
The universe begins with a (mostly) homogeneous soup of sub-atomic particles that are far too hot and have far too much energy to be able to form stable atoms, not even simple ones like hydrogen -- they'd get blasted apart again just as fast as they formed. It takes some expanding and cooling until heat/energy levels drop low enough for electrons to start orbiting protons and form atoms. (Not even protons could exist in the *extremely* early universe -- fundamental quantum particles coming together to form protons, neutrons, and others would have been quite the development just a bit earlier in expansion.)
https://scitechdaily.com/images/Visualization-of-Baryon-Acoustic-Oscillation-Pattern.jpg
The sound waves in this very early universe (called baryon acoustic oscillations) went on to develop into the high and low density parts of the universe. They effectively 'froze' in place once the gas became too sparse to carry sound waves, and the pressure waves that were left at that moment formed regions of high and low pressure, high and low density. High density areas formed more stars and more galaxies (and attracted more dark matter) than low density areas. The sound waves in the early universe are actually what created the large-scale structure of the universe as we know it today.
And that's not just hypothetical speculation. These wave patterns have been detected and have been known for decades. Yes, the early gas-filled universe was very loud -- and we can still see that today!

it was just a reaction to your meme about privacy. i just ran into a hive earlier and there were just a bunch of bees climbing over one another, and it's shocking how little privacy they have.
@nprofile…etsy @nprofile…qeaf wdyt?
I think I'm jaded by initial coin offerings 😂
Pretty much

I came up with this idea while I was walking around the lake today. Is anyone working on something like this? If not, should I make it? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I actually dont even think it's necessarily bad for the initial people to pull some out. There obviously are pump and dumps but taking a little profit back probably can't fairly be called a scam. Although I'm skeptical people wouldn't have done that at that valuation without that little legal cap
i also tried getting the normal subscription on a Roam setup-- not possible. also very frustrating to transfer ownership.
Illusion? Lol. No tron is ridiculously centralized, and openly so.
Lol yeah I think it has "used car" potential
The worst part of living in the south in the US is taking a shower and getting out of the shower and instantly being drenched in sweat again

Well that's a plus I guess. I was being over the top with that bit. But I do think the initial valuation was retarded
I've been a machinist for 20 years.
I'm about tapped out of this grind.
I tell my superiors how it is. They hate it. But they can't fire me because I'm too productive and efficient.
There is also a huge lack of willing to learn/capable new employees showing up over the last 10 years.
AI hasn't seemed to replace demand/skill in the slightest. Covid was the same shit. "Work from home".
A testament to the useless.
