I saw something interesting about dopamine and how starting the day on max can make it harder to come down for things like work. The suggestion was to start with the low producing things first. Like don't start the day gaming, watching TV, social media, etc. Could be bullshit but it feels right. Pulling yourself out of a max state to go into work mode feels like a way to fail. May or may not apply to you. Just something I thought was interesting.

A week ago, I started a new account dedicated to art, with the idea of posting at least once a day. I take those pictures in the most unprofessional way, but it's my try to help by bringing some normie content in the hope of improving retention. While I know it's a niche, I want to participate with my own stuff, avoiding AI slop or just copying.
While my decision is to test it for a month, here's a summary after the first week, in case someone else gets ideas about trying the same. Also, take it with some salt, because Primal Android doesn't show my npub, so the visibility is highly reduced. I've been told that in some instances, Damus Android doesn't show it either, so the start has been anaemic at best.
Long story short, I gained 41 followers, which might be fine for a niche, non-bitcoin topic during the bear market. In revenue terms, if one can call it that, I earned 387 Sats, almost exclusively from Yarnlady and Fuckstr, who, at this point, are my "online bros". (I also got buckets of likes, if that's what someone cares about.)
I'll write about its evolution after two weeks and a month, when I'll also decide if I should continue or not.

I know it's controversial... but still bip110 stands for decentralization and sovereignty...it's not about the spam-war... It's standing up for the plebs. Not giving the power to big companies, banks, governments etc. Bitcoin is digital money and we don't need others to put garbage on the chain, making transactions more expensive.
I think it's about asking oneself: What does bitcoin mean to me and what do I stand for and what do I want it to be in the future.
If big cooperation get the power, bitcoin is no longer decentralized and lost the idea of being the money from the people for the people, permissionless, boundry-free etc. etc.
