I was never in ABA proper, but I did have a rough enough time. Details may be doxy but probably not because I hear it is super common.
Even past that it just wears you down to not know and try to force yourself to be normal. Burnout is super common and it is more extreme and harder to recover from if you don't see through to the root cause.
I have literally lost IQ, concentration, and physical skills to burnout. That's when I finally started taking it seriously.
