That’s exactly how I feel right now. I wasn’t out of shape but definitely went through the motions for a long time and my mental health suffered.
Made some changes in my life and I’m more active, eating better, sleeping better, drinking less and I’m a way better parent because of it. It was just a coincidence that I really took the time to learn about bitcoin.
In hindsight maybe that was the catalyst I need to force change in my life for the better.
I had never meditated before, in the past year I have leant more into looking after my mind and body. Im not a fitness guru, just a dad trying to make improvements everyday, and in some weird way bitcoin helps me achieve that.

😹 fuck I feel that. I got 2,400 sqft of other people’s mistakes and neglect to deal with! Previous homeowner was a diy-er that did everything with whatever crap they had laying around, and with only a vague idea of how to do things properly. Every time I open something up it’s a huge lottery what kind of new hell I’ll end up getting into. Today was one of those, “I’ll just replace these two pieces of trim real quick” kind of days… ended up stripping an entire corner of the house down to studs because some genius put the last piece of step flashing *behind* the siding so water has been pouring down the interior of the wall for the last 20 years. Ask me in two weeks how my two hour job is going. 🙈
