The probabilistic flaw ECAI seals is the substitution of likelihood for validity.
An LLM can learn that a Lightning route usually succeeds. But the network it is routing through is not the historical dataset. Liquidity is hidden, balances shift, HTLC slots fill, fees change, nodes disappear, and other agents may simultaneously select the same “optimal” path.
So a route can receive the highest probability score while being impossible now. At scale, the model may also create correlated failure by directing everyone toward the same statistically preferred channels.
ECAI does not treat prediction as proof. It places probability beneath a structural verification layer:
candidate path → live constraints → invariant-preserving transitions → verified execution → accountable result
DamageBDD closes the loop by testing whether the claimed behaviour actually occurred.
The distinction is simple:
> The LLM asks: “Which path is most likely to work?”
ECAI asks: “Which path remains structurally valid, verifiable and accountable?”
ECAI cannot magically reveal private channel balances or guarantee a future network state. What it seals is the architectural error of allowing a probabilistic recommendation to masquerade as verified truth.

A reminder that Apple iPhone has a locked bootloader WHICH WAS USED AS BEHAVIOR CONTROL in the UK in 2026.
A phone security feature was used to force users to deanonymize and send an ID or credit card details. The locked bootloader made it impossible to bypass.
This should have never happened. A security feature was EXPLOITED for BEHAVIOR CONTROL.

Two thousand years after the Messiah, history requires a little more precision.
https://blossom.yakihonne.com/a5c63621a1aad64812f6e98678131b073f92bc21f4266b139a4f14ef758935d2.jpeg
Not every modern institution sprang fully formed from Christianity. Western civilisation emerged from a layered inheritance: Hebrew moral tradition, Greek philosophy, Roman law, Christian theology, and later Jewish and Islamic scholarship.
Yet Christ changed the measure by which institutions could be judged.
He placed the least at the centre.
He made authority answerable to service.
He bound love of God to the treatment of the hungry, the sick, the stranger and the prisoner.
Those teachings did not remain private. Early Christian communities organised care for the poor and sick; monasteries sustained hospitality and learning; hospitals developed through this culture of charity; and medieval schools and universities arose within a deeply Christian institutional world.
But every institution born from revelation faces the same temptation:
Will it preserve the mission—or preserve itself?
Across two millennia, churches, schools, hospitals, charities and governments have carried parts of Christ’s moral inheritance. They have also accumulated hierarchy, wealth, coercion and bureaucracy. At their best, they turned mercy into durable public service. At their worst, they kept His language while reversing His order.
The contradiction is not that the Messiah failed to lay the foundation.
It is that builders repeatedly placed empire on top of it.
Christ did not leave humanity a bureaucratic machine. He left a cornerstone—and a test:
How do you treat the least?
When an institution protects the person, the family, the poor and the truth, it remembers its foundation.
When it sacrifices them to productivity, prestige or self-preservation, it stands judged by the very word from which it claims descent.
Two thousand years later, the institutions may wallow—but the foundation remains.

2000年至今:欧盟委员会 + 欧洲主要国家监管机构,对美国大企业、中国大企业重大巨额罚款清单
说明:
1. 标准:选取≥1亿欧元大额罚单;区分【欧盟委员会(欧委会,泛欧盟执法)】、【欧洲单一国家监管机构(法、德、意、爱尔兰等)】;

- 2000–2020年:欧盟巨额罚单主要对象为美国科技巨头(谷歌、英特尔、微软、苹果);
- 2023–2026年:执法重心扩展,大量中国跨境互联网平台(TikTok、Temu、速卖通)收到DSA/GDPR大额罚单;
- 很多案件存在漫长上诉流程:欧委会原始罚款金额≠最终实际支付金额(英特尔、高通、谷歌部分案件上诉下调)。
3. 边界说明
- 本清单不含银行跨国利率操纵卡特尔(多家欧美银行)、汽车零部件价格联盟(大多是欧洲本土企业);
- 不包含环保处罚、海关关税、反倾销税(不属于行政罚款);仅监管机构行政罚金。
如果你需要,我可以把这份清单整理成一张表格(企业/国籍/罚款金额/年份/法律依据),方便复制存档。
I support doing this to all public "property" that has not been homesteaded. That is, managing better as private citizens than the government can. In this case outright destroying the publicly controlled Flock camera is better management. Aggressors be damned.
Yeah I wouldn't really know, I don't pay attention to anything else.
But it seems likely to me that there are other use cases, ones that Bitcoin does not fit very well, that will be filled by other chains.

The Mind-Time Disconnect
https://blossom.yakihonne.com/b476850d70c15d4083f965499ef3accb142951a3738a8222dca29913a306c552.jpeg
Empire repackages a basic human need—the desire to raise your own children and remain present in their lives—as a sacrifice against productivity.
A parent who chooses time with family is told they are falling behind. Children are outsourced to institutions, while adults surrender their best hours to systems that never stop demanding more.
Space-time separation is nothing compared with mind-time separation.
A father and child may live beneath the same roof, yet the empire occupies the father’s attention: the deadlines, the debt, the notifications, the endless obligation to produce.
The family does not merely suffer from distance.
It suffers from displaced devotion.
Technology promised to bring us closer, but an empire of distraction learned to colonise presence itself.
That is why the family still awaits the Messiah—not merely to overcome distance, but to restore attention, presence and right order.
The kingdom begins when the child is no longer competing with the empire for the soul of the parent.

It doesn't even need to be. Nor can it even be. The whole point of money is to at some point buy real goods and services. Those things dont just evaporate entirely. Some portion of wealth must always exist outside the money used to buy things. Money wouldn't make sense otherwise.
People aren't mad that data centers are being built. People are mad about the way they are being built. It is flagrant how much they are intentionally creating externalities to put the cost on the local community instead of the business building it. All the while keeping the profits produced out of those same communities. Who wouldn't be mad if that was being done to them?

I have become a stationary snob since I restarted the practice of journaling. Something about doing it with nice stuff really boosts the effect of taking a moment for calm clarity. So now I'm carrying a 0.3mm kuru toga and a 1917 notebook.
Exactly. I'm pro-data center in a general sense (putting aside the particular data being stored and how it's obtained). It just seems like they went about it with a total disregard for the people living in those areas. And I agree it was intentional.

The older I get, the more i realize i don't want to be around drama. I just want a cozy home, good food, and to be surrounded by happy people.
I genuinely love that I get to live in the era of the Vera C. Rubin Observatory.
It feels like we're standing at the beginning of a new age of discovery, where every night could reveal something that completely changes our understanding of the universe.
I'm so excited to see what incredible discoveries await us and how much more we'll learn about the vast cosmos we call home. The universe still holds so many mysteries, and we're finally building the tools to uncover them. 🌌✨
